Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and manage

  for secure credential management.
• Integrate

  Password Manager Pro

  Zoho Analytics

  or other reporting tools to create dashboards and analytical reports.
• Define and enforce

  PAM policies

  for user and system accounts.
• Manage

  privileged session recording

  ,

  auditing

  , and

  access workflows

  .
• Automate

  password rotation

  ,

  access approvals

  , and

  account lifecycle management

  in PAM360.
• Conduct regular

  access reviews and audits

  to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO, SOC2).
• Ensure the

  confidentiality, integrity, and availability

  of privileged credentials.
• Integrate

  ManageEngine PAM360

  with

  Active Directory (AD)

  ,

  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

  , and other third-party applications.
• Develop

  scripts and automation

  for password rotation, account provisioning, and reporting.
• Maintain a solid understanding of

  Active Directory architecture and management

  .
• Generate and analyze

  access, compliance, and security reports

  .
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  ManageEngine products

  and coordinate with vendor support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience

  in IT Security or Systems Administration roles with exposure to

  ManageEngine products

• Hands-on experience in

  ManageEngine PAM360
