About the Role

MFS is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Fresher who is eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. This role offers diverse learning opportunities across recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, on boarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organized, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support on boarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
• Handle employee queries and provide support with a professional approach.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Confident, presentable, and positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment cycles.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities responsibly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
