HR Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination).
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
• Prepare HR documents like offer letters, ID cards, and joining kits.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Update daily HR reports, attendance, and employee data.
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and tools
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Team player with a learning mindset
• Good organizational and coordination skills
