HR Fresher

As an HR Fresher at CoffeeWeb Technologies Private Limited, you will be responsible for supporting onboarding activities, assisting in employee orientation, maintaining employee files, updating employee information in HRIS, ensuring compliance with HR policies, handling basic employee queries, supporting recruitment activities, and preparing HR reports and data summaries. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations, basic understanding of HR concepts, proficiency in Kannada, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and knowledge of MS Office. Skills that will be beneficial for this role include a basic understanding of HR processes, data entry and documentation, time management, communication and interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency.
