Chartered Accountant

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience, seeking to join CoffeeWeb Technologies Private Limited's in-house finance team. Your role will involve conducting audits and assurance activities, preparing financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance and risk management, conducting financial analysis, tax planning and compliance, and managing cash flow. Your responsibilities will include conducting statutory audits, reviewing financial statements for compliance, providing financial insights to senior management, preparing financial statements, collaborating with department heads on budgets and forecasts, monitoring budget performance, ensuring tax compliance, analyzing financial data, developing tax strategies, managing cash flow projections, and optimizing cash management processes. To excel in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience. You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations, as well as proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, clear communication of financial concepts, hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and uphold high standards of ethics and integrity in financial practices. Preferred qualifications include Article-ship experience in a reputed CA firm, exposure to GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, basic knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and Accounting Standards (Ind AS), hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other Accounting/ERP tools, familiarity with MIS reporting and financial modeling, and a strong analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
