Chartered Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team at our Punjabi Bagh office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of general accounting, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience in IPO-related documentation and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities IPO Compliance & Documentation

• Assist in preparing financial statements and disclosures required for IPO filings.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, ROC, and other regulatory bodies during the IPO process.
• Coordinate with auditors, merchant bankers, legal advisors, and consultants for IPO readiness.
• Prepare and review documentation required for Due Diligence.
• Maintain accurate and updated financial records for regulatory scrutiny.

General Accounting & Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, ledger, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Handle internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Experience in IPO compliance or involvement in any IPO project (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, Ind-AS, and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
