Job Title: Chartered Accountant Company: Shellz India Ltd. Industry: FMCG (Confectionery Manufacturing) Location: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi (Near Shivaji Park Metro Station) Department: Accounts & Finance Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, and auditing within the FMCG/manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Ensure timely filing of returns and coordination with statutory auditors. Prepare MIS reports, costing analysis, and profitability statements for management review. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Review internal controls and implement process improvements for efficiency. Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. Coordinate with departments like Sales, Production, and Procurement for financial planning. Handle external audits, tax assessments, and liaise with consultants when required. Required Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing. Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally) Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
