Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as HR Interns! This role is part of our exclusive 6-Week HR Training Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in human resources while equipping you with in-demand skills for a successful HR career. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to core HR functions like recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and HR analytics .

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication .
  • Update and maintain employee records using HRIS software (e.g., Zoho, Workday) .
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and help organize training sessions .
  • Draft HR documents, including job descriptions, offer letters, and policy updates .
  • Participate in HR projects related to diversity initiatives, employee surveys, or compliance audits .
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and event planning .
