Position Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and exit formalities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can handle both administrative and strategic HR tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
* Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems.
* Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
* Prepare joining kits and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
* Conduct new hire orientation and induction programs.
* Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
3. Employee Records & Documentation:
* Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR databases.
* Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
* Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management:
* Monitor attendance and leave records.
* Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
* Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
5. Performance Management:
* Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs for employees in coordination with managers.
* Facilitate performance appraisal processes and feedback sessions.
* Support employee development initiatives.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
* Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
* Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
* Promote company culture and engagement programs.
7. Training & Development:
* Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
* Maintain training records and assess effectiveness of training programs.
8. Compliance & Legal:
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
* Maintain HR policies and ensure employees are aware of them.
* Handle audits and inspections related to HR.
9. Exit Formalities:
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
* Manage full & final settlements, experience letters, and clearance processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience (0-2years) in HR operations or a similar role; freshers with adaptive skills are also welcome.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
