HR Executive

Location: Borivali East, Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office Only)
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in core HR functions
Education Qualification: MBA in HR / Diploma in HR / Graduate or Postgraduate in HR

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Borivali East office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and HRMS software, with a sound understanding of the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Draft and issue various HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, experience, etc.)
• Create and explain salary breakups and CTC structures
• Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and maintain employee records
• Oversee performance management system (PMS) and assist in appraisal cycles
• Operate and manage HRMS/HRIS software
• Conduct background verification for new hires
• Manage exit formalities and final settlement processes
• Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed
• Assist in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in core HR operations
• Proficiency in using HRMS software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently

Location Criteria:

• This is a Work-from-Office position only (Mon–Fri)
• Only candidates residing near Borivali or willing to commute daily should apply
