The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment , HR operations , and HRMS software , with a sound understanding of the entire employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Draft and issue various HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, experience, etc.) Create and explain salary breakups and CTC structures Handle employee documentation , joining formalities, and maintain employee records Oversee performance management system (PMS) and assist in appraisal cycles Operate and manage HRMS/HRIS software Conduct background verification for new hires Manage exit formalities and final settlement processes Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed Assist in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in core HR operations Proficiency in using HRMS software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and documentation skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently Location Criteria: This is a Work-from-Office position only (Mon–Fri) Only candidates residing near Borivali or willing to commute daily should apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Have you completed HR-related qualifications?
