Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports.
Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts team.
Maintain and verify attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees.

Statutory Compliance Support

Assist in handling statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, and other labor compliances.
Coordinate with consultants/vendors for timely filing and updates.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

Support HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance redressal initiatives.
Maintain HR records, files, and employee database.
Assist in performance management and appraisal process as required.
