Role & responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Drive branch sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Monitor product performance and promote high-demand / premium watch collections. Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue. 2. Customer Experience & Service Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints. Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues. Build long-term customer relationships and promote loyalty programs. 3. Store Operations Management Oversee inventory management stock levels, shrinkage control, and timely replenishment. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines. Ensure smooth execution of billing, cash handling, and compliance processes. 4. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates and support staff. Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback. Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate manpower coverage. 5. Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Ensure adherence to company policies, audit norms, and statutory compliance. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
