Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive branch sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor product performance and promote high-demand / premium watch collections.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.

2. Customer Experience & Service

  • Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints.
  • Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and promote loyalty programs.

3. Store Operations Management

  • Oversee inventory management stock levels, shrinkage control, and timely replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth execution of billing, cash handling, and compliance processes.

4. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates and support staff.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, audit norms, and statutory compliance.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
