HR Executive

As a recent graduate, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling - Support onboarding and offboarding processes - Maintain and update employee records and databases - Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events - Ensure HR compliance and maintain documentation - Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.) - Address employee queries and support general HR operations - Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives and tasks **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail In addition to the core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to receive training and mentoring from experienced HR professionals, work in a positive and collaborative environment, and benefit from career development opportunities.
