Job Description

An HR Executive manages human resources functions to support organizational goals, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, implementing training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive work environment through strategies like employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations:Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management:Coordinate employee performance reviews, set goals, and develop strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Administer and manage employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation.
  • Compliance & Policy:Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations and develop, implement, and update internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development:Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
  • HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Strong people skills to build rapport, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions for HR-related challenges.
  • Organization & Detail-Orientation:Meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping, compliance, and managing multiple tasks.
  • Strategic Thinking:Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's growth and sustainability.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems to streamline administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
