HR Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years | No. of openings:1

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases using the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management systems, coordinating with department heads to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing and benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
  • Assist in managing salary review cycles.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and address employee grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating review cycles and maintaining documentation.
  • Identify training needs through performance data and coordinate internal/external training programs and workshops.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local and national labor laws and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication logistics.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening calls to support the recruitment team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an HR executive, HR generalist, or HR operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS, payroll systems, MS Office).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
