Location : Hyderabad Job Type : Full-time Experience Level : 2-5 Years About the Rol e :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Executive to lead and oversee the end-to-end HR and administrative functions. The candidate should have prior experience in managing payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and administrative tasks. This is a critical role in ensuring that our team thrives in a supportive, compliant, and high-performing environment . Key Responsibiliti e s:Drive recruitment efforts to hire top talent for key roles across department s.Develop and implement hiring strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processe s.Oversee HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and compliance with labor law s.Manage payroll processes, employee records, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc. ).Implement and monitor performance review cycle s.Identify training and development opportunities to foster employee growth and retentio n.Organize team-building activities, events, and surveys to maintain a positive workplace cultur e.Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutio n.Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirement s.Supervise office management, including vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and supplie s. Skills & Qualificati o ns:Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fie ld.2-5 years of experience in HR and administrati on.Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll, labor laws, and compliance requiremen ts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skil ls.Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoin t).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environme nt.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discreti on.
