Job Summary

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. Youll be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Records & HR Systems

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Relations

Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Payroll & Benefits

Managed payroll operations including PF/ESI compliance and tax deductions
Collaborate with finance to process monthly payroll.
Administer employee benefits and leave management.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

Qualifications: Graduation

Experience: 1-3 years in HR Operations
