Role & responsibilities Manage Contract Labour Administration including compliance, documentation, and vendor coordination. Handle HR Operations such as attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory records. Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Maintain accurate HR documentation and statutory registers. Actively participate in audits and ensure timely closure of compliance points. Support across the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Contribute to developing HR systems and processes for improved efficiency.
