Role & responsibilities

  • Manage

    Contract Labour Administration

    including compliance, documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle

    HR Operations

    such as attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory records.
  • Support in

    employee engagement activities

    and grievance handling.
  • Maintain accurate

    HR documentation

    and statutory registers.
  • Actively participate in

    audits

    and ensure timely closure of compliance points.
  • Support across the

    Employee Life Cycle (ELC)

    onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Contribute to

    developing HR systems and processes

    for improved efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives in

    HR digitalization

    to streamline processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have prior

    factory HR experience

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    labour laws, compliance, and audits

    .
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-versed in

    HR operations & generalist activities

    .
  • Ability to support organizational initiatives and contribute to a professional work culture.
