Job Title: HR Executive Location: Guwahati Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. You ll be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Records & HR Systems
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Payroll & Benefits
- Managed payroll operations including PF/ESI compliance and tax deductions
- Collaborate with finance to process monthly payroll.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

Qualifications: Graduation

Experience: 1-3 years in HR Operations

Salary : 10,000 - 12,000
