Job Description

As an HR Executive at our real estate company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding - Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records - Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc. - Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities - Assist with performance management and appraisal processes - Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures - Oversee smooth offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlement processes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 13 years of HR experience, with a preference for Real Estate industry background - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity with day shift schedule. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry is preferred for this role. This is an in-person work location opportunity.,
