Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR tasks like hiring, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. You’ll work closely with the management and accountant to ensure smooth employee operations and timely recruitments. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Hiring Understand hiring requirements from management. Post job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Handle joining formalities and maintain employee documents. Ensure all recruitments are completed within timelines. 2. Attendance & Leave Management Maintain daily attendance and leave records of all employees. Verify approved leaves and late marks before sharing reports. Prepare monthly attendance summary for salary calculation. 3. Payroll Coordination Prepare monthly salary sheet (attendance-based). Coordinate with accountant for PF, ESI, and TDS deductions. Handle employee queries related to salary and leaves. 4. Vendor & Freelancer Coordination Assist management in comparing agency vs in-house hiring for cost efficiency. Maintain records of freelancers and agency payments. 5.
