We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can manage our people operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Handle staff management, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and departments
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives
• Manage attendance, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills, communication, and professionalism
• Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports using Excel and other tools
• Assist in creating a professional and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Bachelor’s minimum; HR/Business specialization preferred)
• At least 2+ years of proven experience in HR or people management (experience in jewellery/retail industry preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
• Ability to understand and adapt to the jewellery industry culture
• Fluency in Gujarati and English (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff with empathy and authority
• Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of jewellery/retail staff management practices will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
