Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Handle staff management, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and departments Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives Manage attendance, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills, communication, and professionalism Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development Maintain employee records and generate HR reports using Excel and other tools Assist in creating a professional and positive work environment Qualifications Graduate degree (Bachelor’s minimum; HR/Business specialization preferred) At least 2+ years of proven experience in HR or people management (experience in jewellery/retail industry preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools Ability to understand and adapt to the jewellery industry culture Fluency in Gujarati and English (spoken and written) Desired Skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to manage staff with empathy and authority Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of jewellery/retail staff management practices will be an added advantage How to Apply Interested candidates can share their CVs at hr@suniljewellers.net .
