About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team at WeCredit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and operations. This role demands a people-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple HR and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and employee communication.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and pulse surveys to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support internal communication initiatives to build employee connect.

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and procurement of office supplies.
  • Support HR management in any other ad-hoc or special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools/software.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
