Job Description

Build strong understanding of the business and areas of operations of Debox and create job descriptions of each unique role
Identify various organic and paid sources for hiring needs, ability to use the job portals to identify right talent
Reach out and build partnerships with local colleges and skill development institutes for hiring entry level resources
Design and deliver Induction covering all 3 verticals of Debox Consulting, Marketing and Tech
Identify training and development needs and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders for delivering the trainings
Drive policy adherence across the organization and create policy awareness and education
Plan annual engagement calendar that covers fun and strategic engagement initiatives
Manage the internal HRMS platform and take responsibility of timely sending of offer letters, appointment letters, policy signing, increment letters, experience letters
