Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive & Admin

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Managing attendance, leave records, and shift tracking
Payroll coordination and support (salary data, incentives, deductions)
Drafting HR communications, offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Managing exit formalities including full & final settlement support

Admin Responsibilities:

Office administration and coordination with vendors (stationery, housekeeping, pantry, etc.)
Managing office assets, inventory, and access cards
Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics if required
Supporting day-to-day office operations and discipline management
Liaison with building management, security, and service providers

Skills Required

Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
Professional attitude with a people-centric approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
