Job Opening: Junior Accountant

Location: Shakurpur, Delhi
Experience Required: 1 – 1.5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: Yes (Bank-related work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally/ERP.
• Handle bank-related activities, including bank visits for deposits, cheque clearance, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Manage vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams for accounting matters.
• Assist in basic GST data preparation and filing support.
• Support senior accounts team during audits and compliance work.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to company accounting policies.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory).
• Understanding of banking procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of GST basics is an added advantage.
• Good MS Excel skills (basic level).
• Ability to handle bank visits independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Open to local travel for bank-related work.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
