Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a HR Executive at S&IB Services Private Limited. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and build positive employee relations. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling recruitment processes, facilitating employee engagement, and ensuring efficient administration of HR functions, including performance evaluations and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations to effectively oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including performance management, reporting, and staff training.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
