Job Description

About the role:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. You will implement HR policies, maintain employee records, support payroll processing, and facilitate training and engagement activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll/attendance.
  • Conduct induction, training coordination, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Support performance management processes.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Required qualifications & skills:

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor law basics.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and payroll processing.

Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations or generalist roles.
