Responsibilities

• Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews
• Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Should have Hospitality experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
