Job Description

Lee Spring India is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will coordinate various aspects of the recruitment and training processes, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for supporting both candidates and employees.

Job Description:

· Creation of job description and distribution of job postings on internal and external platforms, including the company careers page, job portals, and social media channels.

· Sourcing the candidates from various internal and external platforms, job portals, and social media channels.

· Shortlist potential candidates' CVs and share them with hiring managers for review.

· Coordinate interviews, meetings, and assessments between candidates and hiring managers.

· Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing support as needed.

· Manage recruitment-related documentation, including job description, job postings, candidate resumes, and interview feedback forms.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking report.

· Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing pre-employment paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have access to necessary resources and training.

· Assist in the development and implementation of training programs based on organizational needs and objectives.

· Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and arranging necessary materials and equipment. Communicate training details, schedules, and requirements to participants and stakeholders.

· Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external trainers to develop training materials, presentations, and resources. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives and organizational goals.

· Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement.

· Maintain accurate records of training activities, including training attendance, and effectiveness reports.

Education & other required qualification/experience/skills for the job:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years proven experience in Recruitment and Training coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
