Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing top-tier talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
· Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
· Conduct resume screening, schedule and facilitate interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
· Ensure a seamless onboarding process and new hire integration.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
· Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
Required Skills:
· Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
· Proficient in using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media recruitment tools
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream – required)
· Master’s/Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
