Our sister concern NCQC Laboratory LLP is an independent calibration laboratory in India and has provided state-of-the-art calibration services since 1998 to many different industries and providing quality calibration services for testing and measuring instruments with our calibrated masters in the field of Temperature, Dimensional, Pressure, Vacuum, Time, Mass, Electrical, Noise, Airflow, Lux & all Special Purpose Instruments in all ranges. NCQC Laboratory LLP (formely known as National Centre for Quality Calibration) is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory by NABL.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented experienced HR Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate onboarding.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee queries and resolve issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

HR Administration:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration.

Policy Development:

• Assist in developing and communicating HR policies.
• Ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• More than 1 year of experience as an HR Executive
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

Pay:

• ₹3 LPA to 4 LPA per annum (Commensurate with qualification and experience)
