Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive employee relations.
Performance Management:Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and managing employee performance.
Compliance:Ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws and regulations, and maintaining up-to-date HR policies.
Training and Development:Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and promoting employee development.
Compensation and Benefits:Designing and administering compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
HR Strategy:Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Employee Engagement:Creating and implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
HRIS Management:Managing and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
