Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic) and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign results. Paid Social Media: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. Skills and Qualifications: Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences. Content Creation Skills: Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
