Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization. This position is perfect for individuals with 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR who are looking to grow their careers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage job postings and update the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Assist in developing job descriptions and selection criteria.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
