Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and hiring skilled professionals for our requirements, ensuring the smooth execution of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Customer Sales Representatives and other call center-related positions.
Develop and post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract quality candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with department managers.
Maintain an active database of potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for call center or customer service roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
