Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to source candidates effectively. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit. Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the job market. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong analytical skills to assess candidates and recruitment metrics. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
