Job Description

CNC Rolling / Cutting Machine Operator

Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Rolling / Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and will be responsible for ensuring precision and quality in production.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC rolling and cutting machines according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision in production.
Adjust machine settings and parameters based on production needs and material specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in operating CNC rolling and cutting machines.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
Knowledge of different materials and their machining properties.
