We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language).
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
