Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on travel destinations, accommodation, and available transport options.
  • Design and assemble ideal itineraries tailored to clients individual needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, regulations, and recommended destinations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations, including visa requirements, health advisories, and travel bans.
  • Manage client bookings, ensure all reservations are correctly processed, and handle any required changes or cancellations.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages with service providers to offer competitive pricing to clients.
  • Work proficiently in a team environment while managing multiple projects independently.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of various destinations and travel products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
  • Strong telecalling abilities with an aptitude for building client rapport and closing sales over the phone.
  • Proficient in designing itineraries based on client preferences and budget considerations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of travel regulations, including visa, passport, and international travel requirements.
  • Capability to manage budgets holistically and ensure cost-effectiveness for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse clients initial inquiries and propose travel solutions that best meet their expectations and budget.
  • Create promotional materials to advertise travel packages, deals, and company services.
  • Facilitate local trips to familiarise yourself with destinations and build relationships with local partners.
  • Provide clients with accurate travel advice, including cultural nuances and practical travel tips.
  • Coordinate and manage group travel arrangements, ensuring synchronised travel plans and smooth operations.
  • Contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance product offerings and service quality.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage follow-ups to convert prospective clients.
