You will be responsible for managing a sales team, achieving targets, recruiting and training team members, building customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations, especially in the life insurance sector. Responsibilities: Lead a sales team to meet regional sales targets and support business growth Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to build a strong team Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities Ensure all work follows company policies and legal standards Work with other departments to improve sales and customer service Report on sales results, forecasts, and market trends to senior managers Conduct regular team meetings to solve challenges and improve communication Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Experience in a leadership role within the life insurance industry , especially with recruiting and developing teams Strong leadership and team management skills Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent sales and communication skills (verbal and written) Experience building and leading a productive sales team Solid understanding of insurance products and industry practices Additional Key Tasks: Plan and lead recruitment to grow the sales team Create and run training programs for new and existing team members Set goals and evaluate team performance regularly Adapt sales strategies to local market conditions and customer needs Ensure all sales activities follow regulations and ethical standards Keep open communication with the team through regular meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
