Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize advanced

  GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers

• Design

  funnels, forms, scheduling systems

  , and patient engagement processes
• Integrate GHL with

  EHR, billing systems, CRM, AWS & third-party platforms

• Develop automation scripts using

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Implement

  HIPAA-compliant

  data workflows
• Build custom

  dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and reporting

• Troubleshoot workflow issues and enhance automation reliability
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Operations teams
• Maintain documentation, best practices & technical guides
• Lead data sync across

  GHL ? EHR ? CRM ? BI Tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in Automation Development (3+ years

  deep hands-on GHL experience

  )
• Expertise in

  GoHighLevel, CRM workflows, custom values & reporting

• Strong experience in

  REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks

• Proficient in

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  for custom components
• Hands-on with

  Twilio, Mailgun

  , SMS/Email automations
• Strong with

  Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly

• Experience working in

  Healthcare IT, EHR, medical billing systems

• Strong analytical, documentation & debugging skills
• Ability to work independently in remote, cross-functional, fast-paced setups

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of

  HIPAA compliance & healthcare data security

• Experience with

  AWS Lambda / Google Cloud Functions

• Experience in

  white-label / multi-account GHL setups

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Firebase, Airtable)
