Experience: 2 to 15 years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Job Title: IBM Maximo Asset Management Technical Developer / Lead & Functional Lead Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking experienced IBM Maximo Asset Management Technical Developers and Functional Leads to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing solutions within the Maximo platform to optimize asset management processes. Key Responsibilities : For Technical Developers: Develop, configure, and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet business requirements. Work with MBOs, Java, Automation Scripts, REST APIs, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for integrations. Implement workflows, automation scripts, change classfiles and database configurations in Maximo. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo applications. Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand technical requirements and provide solutions. For Functional Leads: Gather and analyze business requirements to design Maximo solutions. Configure Maximo applications, including workflows, roles, security groups, domains, and classifications. Provide expertise on Asset, Work, Inventory, and Procurement modules. Work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with system capabilities. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management. Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, configurations, and integrations. Experience in Automation Scripts (Python, JavaScript), MIF, REST/SOAP Web Services. Proficiency in SQL, DB2, or Oracle databases. Knowledge of Maximo industry solutions and add-ons is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
