Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding
· Post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
· Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
· Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction process
· Support HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and employee queries
· Help organize employee engagement and training initiatives
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or generalist HR role
· Prior experience in health insurance, insurance, or healthcare industry is a plus
· Good understanding of hiring processes and HR practices
· Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software/tools
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
