Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Global Business Park, Zirakpur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance in interview)
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Working Days: 6 days a week

Rana Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate and infrastructure company known for delivering excellence and innovation in residential and commercial developments. We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes, including document collection, induction, and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee records and update internal HR systems and databases.
• Help with attendance and leave tracking and coordinate with payroll team for inputs.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Ensure smooth execution of exit formalities, full & final settlements, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and support administrative HR tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role (internship experience can also be considered).
• Familiar with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
