We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources professional to support our HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Support end-to-end payroll activities and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports and analytics as required.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with preference for MBA in HR or MSW.
1–3 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
Excel communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
